Cluster Environmental Project :

Staff members from five of our cluster schools successfully applied for Teacher Professional Leave (TPL) during Terms 1 & 2 2005.

There work has included:

• the establishment of strategic partners and links with local environment management groups
• the auditing of units of work already in use within our schools in CSF Levels 3, 4 and 5, concentrating on community incorporation
• the auditing of environmental units of work from CSF Levels 1 to 5
• the creation of an invaluable 'Knowledge Bank' which is a 'one stop shop' for planning with the Thinking Curriculum
• the development of Environmental units of work
• further development of the Mordialloc Cluster Transition Experience through the creation of a two year cycle transition pack with a Community / Environment focus
• the creation of the Mordialloc Cluster web site as an invaluable resource and communication tool
