The Mordialloc Cluster of schools by working collegially will encourage outcomes including:

• Increased knowledge of Middle Years pedagogy for teachers.

• Changes in student perceptions of community and the perception of themselves as part of the community.
• Continued support for consistent attendance.
• Increased use of local facilities.
