Our Logo:

Candice a Year 6 student from Mordialloc Primary School designed the winning logo in 2004.

Her innovative logo shows:

• Eight figures representing the eight schools within the Cluster
• The beach environment which is unique to our schools.
• Innovations and Excellence as the program which is connecting our schools as a community.

This logo will be used on the Cluster Website & all publications & communication from the Mordialloc Cluster.

The Process:

The search for a logo which represented the unique features of the Mordialloc Cluster was driven by the school representatives at our second Student Forum.

The Cluster's aim to develop a logo which symbolised the Cluster as an entity comprising eight school communities was presented to the student representatives.

It was their role to then - in their respective schools - facilitate and drive a Cluster Logo Competition.
Middle Years students were invited to enter and all entries were displayed within their schools. Students from each Cluster school voted for three finalists and the subsequent 24 finalists entries were viewed and judged by the Student Forum, Year 9 Leaders in conjunction with the Middle Years Coordinators & the Cluster Educator.
